Inspera LLC is the product of an evolution of services over the past decade. Our company was originally founded by Nick Hudson in September 2012 as Oneida Process Service LLC, providing process service in Madison and Oneida counties.
In January 2019, Oneida Process Service was re-imagined into Midstate Legal Support LLC, a company offering comprehensive legal support services throughout the entire Central New York region consisting of 10 counties and expanded services including niche services geared toward landlords and property managers.
During the business slowdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Nick decided to take his small business to a new level. With a vision of one day becoming a leading provider of legal support services throughout the State of New York, he began building a network of process servers throughout the state, and expanding service offerings to include eFiling, skip tracing, property inspection services, and foreclosure sale representation. In 2021, Midstate Legal Support became NY Process Express, Inc. to make this vision a reality. Soon after, with the help of his friends at NAPPS, Nick was able to attain Financial Services Compliance (FSC) Accreditation, a third-party audit and testament to the safe and sound business practices that our team has always practiced.
In July 2022, several of Nick's businesses including NY Process Express Inc., CNY Rental Care Inc., and Edgeline Host Inc. were merged together to form Inspera LLC - one company with a shared mission of providing comprehensive, quality professional services. Today, Inspera is a leading provider of professional services in various industries including legal support, rental property, small business, and website hosting.
In September 2022, Inspera LLC acquired Enhanced Process NY, a small process service firm located in Utica, NY, and Michael Hance joined Inspera LLC as the Executive Vice President of Legal Support Services.
Today, Inspera LLC continues to provide a variety of comprehensive professional services, and will continue to serve our customers with the same values and vision that we started with in 2012.
